Asshole! (Card Game)
November 23rd, 2007 AlisonI won a game of asshole.. my friend Liz lost..
I wasn’t sure what a rebus was, so I drew what I thought it was, based on the word “re-bus” (which turned out to kind of be a rebus anyway..)
A friend and I were being taken to the Keg Mansion on Jarvis for dinner one night, and since it’s supposed to be haunted, we were hoping to see a ghost. I drew a picture of what the encounter might be like, but we’ll never know, because we didn’t see a ghost.
A guy at my old work tried to tell me that Kamloops is really Kamploops (and he wasn’t pulling my leg.. that’s what he thought it was)
This is probably my most popular drawing. And although Crossing The Line is the first one I did, this one was the first one I did in my now-regular style.
Here’s the story: This girl, Vanessa, that I used to work with was eating a banana. Then all of a sudden half of it broke off and just fell onto the table. I just thought it looked so sad and was all like “I’m a banana
“, so I drew this. I think it captured the moment perfectly.
This was the first ever drawing I did in Paint. Okay, well probably not the first one ever in my entire life, but it was the first as far as I’m concerned. It’s pretty self explanatory. It was before I had my rules: No type tool, no line/circle/box tools. Pretty well only paintbrush and spray can.
I like to use MS Paint to draw certain situations in life, as well as some things requested by friends. I have a bunch of them just sitting on my computer (or on Flickr or Facebook), so I’ve decided that instead of this blog just sitting idle, I’m going to start putting them up on here!
I haven’t had time to make new ones in a long time, so for now I’m just going to post old ones, in no particular order. If/when I make new ones, I’ll put them up too!
To start: I’m intercontinental when I eat French toast. (a la Beastie Boys, The Move). I used to always have my MSN pictures coincide with my name/tag line.
